Empowering Marginalized

To ensure a sustainable means of subsistence, we develop a variety of work alternatives. We at Orion firmly believe that a country only grows when the people living in it discover sustainable ways of livelihood. We reach out to marginalized and unemployed youth through CSR activities and give them the tools they need to break the cycle of poverty and enter the virtuous cycle of growth. The marginalized gain the ability to be independent and participate in the development of the country.
It is critical to mobilize and identify suitable candidates using appropriate methods.

Mobilization Strategy

A thorough career counseling process that incorporates aptitude and psychometric tests is conducted
Organizing Rozgar and Kaushal melas
Conducting seminars in remote areas
Setting up counseling camps and community centers
Closely coordinating with local administrations and employment exchange
Including local NGOs, self-help groups, and social organization

Placement Process

We have a centrally located, resourceful, and proactive placement cell that works with the center and students to aid with placement. Additionally, the department keeps an MIS on student data for its use. They are constantly moving around, engaging with various businesses to offer our students exceptional opportunities.
Every student has their strengths evaluated, and we then find a position that matches their skill set. As a result, by the end of the course, our students not only have a job but also the ideal employer. We select employers for placement based on their ability to safeguard our candidates’ futures.
