Passionate about lifelong learning, he is currently exploring practical applications of AI and innovation in business and entrepreneurship.
Prof. Chandradeep (CD) Mitra is a marketing, branding, and communications expert with over 20 years of industry leadership experience. He teaches marketing and strategy at premier institutes including IIM Calcutta, XLRI, SPJIMR, and MICA, while mentoring startups and entrepreneurs through initiatives like IIM Calcutta Innovation Park and advising organizations on strategy, branding, and innovation.
Mr. Ajay Agarwal is a Chartered Accountant with over 25 years of experience in industry and professional practice. A rank holder in the CA Final Examination, he is currently a Partner at SAV & Associates, Kolkata. He has extensive expertise in audit, taxation, and regulatory matters including SEBI and RBI. He began his career in treasury management, gaining strong insights into banking operations. He is committed to delivering high-quality financial and advisory services.
Manish Agarwal is a business leader and social entrepreneur with 20+ years of experience in skill development, education, and healthcare. As Director of Orion Edutech and President of Orion Educational Society, he has led initiatives that empower youth and communities through vocational training, international education opportunities, and CSR-driven social impact programs. He is committed to creating sustainable opportunities for youth and community development.
Rakesh Kumar Jha is a Chartered Accountant (CA) and Company Secretary (CS) with 14+ years of financial leadership at Orion Edutech Pvt. Ltd.. Currently serving as CFO, he leads financial strategy, compliance, and operations, with a strong focus on governance, scalability, and sustainable growth. He also champions technology-driven finance, with AI certification from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and participation in the India AI Impact Summit 2026.
Sanjeev Kothari is the Co-Founder and Director of Orion Edutech Pvt. Ltd., with over two decades of experience in skill development, education, and workforce training. He has played a key role in expanding large-scale vocational training initiatives, building strong partnerships with industry and government, and helping create sustainable employability opportunities for thousands of youth across India. He is dedicated to bridging the gap between education and industry.

Niladri Banerjee is the CEO of Orion Educational Society (OES) with over 15 years of experience in sustainability and skill development. He focuses on promoting inclusion and livelihood opportunities for underprivileged youth. Under his leadership, OES has driven impactful training and employment initiatives. He is committed to building inclusive and sustainable communities.
Semal Kumar Yadav is the Treasurer at Orion Edutech Pvt. Ltd., with strong experience in financial management and operations. He plays a key role in overseeing financial processes, ensuring effective fund management, and supporting organisational growth. He also contributes to maintaining financial discipline and operational efficiency, enabling sustainable development across the organisation.
Mr. Rajib Kumar Singha is the Chief Executive Officer, overseeing operations and programme delivery at Orion Educational Society (OES). He ensures initiatives are executed with precision and strong stakeholder engagement. Known for his employee-centric approach, he fosters a positive and motivating work environment. Ms. Poulami Banerjee is a Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL) professional with over 18 years of experience. She brings expertise in customer lifecycle management, business development, and operations across sectors. Known for her analytical and strategic approach, she supports programme evaluation and improvement. She is committed to driving impactful, quality-focused outcomes.
Ms. Minakshi Mondal is the Lead – Fundraising and Partnership at Orion, driving CSR collaborations with corporates and PSUs. She holds a PGDB from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune, and a BBA from Swami Vivekananda Institute of Modern Science. Her work has contributed to partnerships with 42+ corporates, impacting over 100,000 underprivileged youth. She is dedicated to empowering communities, especially women.
Ms. Debatroyee Banerjee leads Fundraising and Partnerships at Orion, focusing on building strong collaborations with corporates and PSUs for impactful skill development programmes. She holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata. She has contributed to expanding partnerships with 42+ corporates, reaching over 100,000 underprivileged youth. Her work is centered on driving meaningful community impact and supporting women’s empowerment.
Mr. Saurav Chatterjee is a Training & Development Manager with over 14 years of experience in the field. He holds certifications from NASSCOM and the Australian Government as an international trainer and assessor. He works closely with trainers and industry partners to ensure high-quality, industry-relevant programmes. He is dedicated to enhancing the effectiveness and impact of skill development initiatives.
