We are pleased to announce that Mr. Manzarul Mazumder, Branch Manager, HDFC Bank, Lunglei, visited our Training Centre. During the visit, he undertook a comprehensive tour of the Centre’s infrastructure and conveyed his appreciation for the facilities, operational systems, and the overall functioning of the institute.

• Discussions covered trainee mobilization and outreach strategies, progress of ongoing training batches, and credit linkage for beneficiaries.
• Topics also included support on loan products and financial services, joint financial literacy campaigns, and entrepreneurship awareness programmes.
• Land-related updates and infrastructure development initiatives were also reviewed during the interaction.

During her visit, she inspected the Centre’s infrastructure and expressed her satisfaction with the facilities and overall functioning.

The Nayi Udaan Skill Training Centre was inaugurated at Badli, Haryana under the CSR initiative of Reliance Foundation and MET City. It will provide industry-focused skill training to 1,000 rural youth, creating better employment opportunities

The industrial visit to The Park Hotel, Kolkata provided students with practical exposure to hospitality operations and guest service practices. The visit helped them understand industry standards, professional conduct, and customer service in a real hotel environment.

Key Highlights & Learning Outcomes

• Observed live guest check-in and check-out procedures at the front desk.
• Learned the importance of creating a positive first impression and delivering quality guest service.
• Interacted with the guest relations team to understand SOPs for handling guest requests and complaints.
• Gained exposure to professional grooming standards and workplace etiquette followed in the hospitality industry.
• Developed an understanding of effective communication skills and customer service practices required in a 4-star hotel environment.

The Convocation Ceremony was successfully organized at the Govindpur Centre under Aristo Pharma’s CSR initiative. The event celebrated trained candidates who secured employment opportunities or became self-employed after completing their skill development training.
Key Highlights

• Around 50 candidates and their parents participated in the convocation ceremony.
• More than 400 candidates were trained during FY 2025–26 under the CSR-supported skill development project.
• Several trained candidates have secured jobs in reputed companies or started their own livelihood initiatives.
• The event was attended by representatives from Aristo Pharma, BBM Mahavidyalaya, Orion Educational Society, and local community leaders.
