Our ALAP methodology ensures a comprehensive learning experience, allowing candidates to develop a strong foundation and practical skills to succeed in their professional endeavors.

Partnership Models for CSR Initiative

Through our Partnership Models, corporates can support our Initiative

With 54% of its population under 25, India is one of the youngest countries in the world. In comparison to established nations like the US, Japan, and European countries, India’s population is on average 29 years old, which is significantly younger. Thus, the growth of our workforce is essential for socioeconomic progress

The current skill development programs do not provide enough coverage to satisfy the need. Therefore, business partners must step in to promote skill development because there is a severe lack of funding for it.

The infrastructure needed to carry out skill development programs is inadequate. Under the CSR initiatives, corporate partners can help to build exclusive, distinctive benchmark institutes that show aspirational value for competency-based skill development training and are more durable than foot-loose mobile centers

One of the main problems with skill development, especially in distant areas, is the severe lack of qualified and licensed trainers. Existing and aspiring trainers must stay current with all the rapidly changing innovations.

Our corporate partners can help us by spearheading the creation of TOT facilities (Gurukul), where residential training can be provided following market demands and SSC regulations for particular job roles.
Technology involvement is required to sustain the caliber of skill development training programs delivered in the most remote areas. Modern training tools and high-quality digital content are in short supply.

Corporate partners can help develop digital material and other training programs following NSQF standards as part of their CSR initiatives. It will standardize the courses, lower the delivery costs, and strengthen the program’s sustainability.
