"Hunar ho toh raaste khud ban jaate hain."

Real skills. Real jobs. Real change.

Vocational training is at the heart of what OES does — and we do it differently. We don’t just teach people how to do a job. We teach them how to build a life.

Our vocational programmes are designed hand-in-hand with the industries that will hire our graduates. Every course is relevant. Every module is practical. And every person who completes our programme walks away not just with a certificate, but with the confidence and connections to actually use it.

Over the past three years alone, we have trained 42,000+ individuals across more than 15 sectors. We run training in 90+ job roles spanning BFSI, Beauty & Wellness, Apparel, IT-ITeS, Agriculture, Logistics, Electronics, Tourism & Hospitality, Automotive, Healthcare, Retail, Media & Entertainment, Cybersecurity, Telecom, Construction, and Green Jobs.

And we do it in places others won’t go: remote villages, conflict-affected zones, and communities that have never seen a skilling centre before. Over the past year, we reached learners across Uttar Pradesh, Odisha, West Bengal, Bihar, Assam, Rajasthan, Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, Maharashtra, Chhattisgarh, Mizoram, Haryana, Goa, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, and many more.

"Hunar ho toh raaste khud ban jaate hain."

Every course OES offers is built in close collaboration with the companies and industries that will employ our graduates. This is not training for the sake of training. It is training that leads somewhere real.

From General Duty Assistant and Retail Sales to Food & Beverage Services, Microfinance Executive, Mason Tiling, IT Helpdesk, Data Entry, and Front Office management — our courses are designed to match exactly what the market needs.

Through partnerships with leading employers — including ITC Sonar Bangla, Hotel Sarovar, Club Mahindra, The Byke, JW Marriott, The Lalit, PVR, INOX, Tata Motors, Tata Electronics, HDFC Bank, Axis Bank, Flipkart, Amazon, Apollo Hospital, Ankura Hospital, Tech Mahindra, Wipro, and 3,000+ more — we ensure that our graduates walk into jobs with a genuine edge.

"Digital duniya mein peeche rehna, koi option nahi."

In a digital world, digital skills are not a luxury. They are a necessity.

We live in an age where knowing how to use technology is the difference between being left behind and moving forward. OES takes this seriously.

Our digital skills programmes teach everything from basic computer literacy to more advanced skills like data entry, IT support, digital communication, and software development. We work especially with young people in rural and semi-urban areas — the communities where the digital divide is widest and the need is greatest.

In partnership with Atos Prayas Foundation, we have delivered digital fluency training across Bhubaneswar, Pune, Raipur, and Telangana, helping hundreds of youth navigate workplace tools and service platforms with ease. With HDFC Bank Parivartan, we have expanded access to IT careers in Jagatsinghpur and beyond. And through collaborations with Paradeep Phosphates Ltd, we have introduced mobile phone repair, electrical work, and appliance repair training — skills responding to everyday community needs.

"Training se lekar naukri tak — har kadam mein saath."

Training is just the beginning. Getting the job is the goal.

At OES, we don’t consider our job done until our graduates are placed. We have built a robust network of 3,000+ industry linkages across India — companies that trust our graduates and actively seek them out.

Over the past three years, we have placed 30,205 individuals into sustainable livelihoods — a placement rate consistently above 70%. Our placement partners include major employers across every sector we train in: Tata Motors, Apollo Hospital, HDFC Bank, Flipkart, Amazon, ITC, Tech Mahindra, Reliance Retail, Shahi Exports, Javed Habib’s, Arohan Microfinance, L&T Construction, and hundreds more.

But placement is about more than matching a person to a job. It is about helping them find the right fit. That is why we offer career counselling, mock interviews, resume support, and ongoing mentorship even after placement. Because we want our graduates to not just get a job — but to thrive in it.
