When Orion Educational Society opened its doors in 2007, it was born from a simple observation: across India, countless individuals possessed remarkable talent and determination, yet found themselves locked out of economic opportunity. Not because they lacked capability, but because the systems designed to recognize and reward talent had never been built with them in mind.

The founders saw what many had overlooked — that in underserved communities across the country, there existed an extraordinary reservoir of human potential. Young people eager to build careers. Women ready to claim economic independence. All of them waiting not for charity, but for a fair chance to prove what they could do.

So we set out to build what was missing: the bridges between raw ability and recognized skill, between aspiration and actual employment, between talent and the formal economy that had long remained inaccessible.

We work primarily alongside youth and women in underserved communities. Our vocational training and skill empowerment initiatives function as keys, unlocking doors that talent and determination alone cannot open in markets structured around formal credentials and industry connections.

The partnership with Orion has helped create centers and identify youth from villages for skilling. They have covered 13,000 youth from 21 HRDP villages of Maharashtra. MEET ALAP

Our ALAP methodology ensures a comprehensive learning experience, allowing candidates to develop a strong foundation and practical skills to succeed in their professional endeavors.

Activity

We begin with a Pre-Activity session that introduces a relevant scenario. This creates an engaging environment and helps participants easily connect with the topic and objectives.

Learning

Our sessions introduce concepts in a simple, structured way using real-life examples. This approach makes learning relatable, meaningful, and easier to understand.

Application

Participants apply what they learn through guided exercises and activities. This hands-on experience strengthens understanding and builds confidence in real situations.

Practice

Over three months, participants implement acquired skills through projects and tasks. This bridges theory with real-world experience and supports professional growth.
